Belcolade chocolates are solely produced at the Puratos Group's Erembodegem site, near Brussels, Belgium.
To create our Collection Origin range we developed a method of sensory analysis to identify and describe the flavour profile
of chocolate. We call it 'Les Arômes de Cyrano' and have used this method to ensure that the taste
of each of our Origin chocolates excels in specificity and uniqueness.
This means that each can be paired with a different range of foods, and that
many very specific flavour combinations can be created.
This is less possible when using standard chocolates that deliver more generic flavour profiles.
