Passendale is a cheese made in the town of Passendale, part of the West-Flemish Zonnebeke.
Throughout its history, Passendale managed to preserve its authentic character, respecting the original recipes and natural refinement techniques which cheesemakers apply in Belgium for a long time.
Semi Hard, authentic cheese in the shape of a bread, naturally matured with edible crust. Easily digestible by its light structure.
