Mozart Dry
In 2009, Mozart Distillerie invented a process that allows distilling natural chocolate macerate. Mozart Dry is directly gained from the untreated raw materials cacao and vanilla. The sophisticated combination of traditional natural ingredients with a unique modern distillation process provides a crystal-clear product with pithy, crisp chocolate aroma and a long-lasting bitter-sweet finish.
Peer Groups of bartenders and mixologists have classified the innovation as "exciting new pouring base for mix drinks" - basically the invention of a new category of clear spirits. By pairing Mozart Dry with fruits, herbs and spices in harmony they opened-up a universe of new tastes and flavors.
