Oscar Beef bouillon - mustard - bacon - gin - white beer
30 g sugar syrup
20 g mustard
25 g smoked bacon
40 g beef bouillon
10 ml mustard syrup
10 ml beef bouillon
10 ml beef bouillon with bacon
15 ml gin
20 ml white beer
For the mustard syrup: Blend the sugar syrup and mustard until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
Fry the bacon. Add the beef bouillon. Bring to a boil. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool. Pass through a sieve.
Spread some grated cheese on a baking tray. Bake golden brown at 180 ¡ C. Remove from the tray and let cool.
Bring all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a glass.
Serve with the crispy cheese, seasoned with some celery salt.
