That we can combine chocolate with a lot of ingredients such as strawberry, raspberry, cherry, gingerbread, game, ... we probably tasted at several occasions. Less obvious, however, are combinations with fish or vegetables. Yet there are also quite surprising, delicious combinations such as fried onion. By baking the onion new flavors molecules are created that we find also in our chocolate.

Place a tablespoon chocolate mousse on a plate. Lay the fried onions on the half of the tablespoon chocolate mousse.
