Cranberries contain the perfect Christmas flavours; warm spicy notes (cinnamon-like aromas) and a touch of floral-citrus notes. To highlight the floral-citrus side we’ve added bergamot and Mandarin Napoléon. The mandarin liquor also strengthens the spicy notes of cranberry.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Ketel One Vodka
- 15 ml Mandarine Napoléon
- 30 ml Cranberry juice
- 15 ml Bergamot juice
- Lime peel
Preparations
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain in a glass. Squeeze out a slice of lemon peel to release the citrus oil and then use it to garnish your drink.
