FOODPAIRING NV is committed to protecting the privacy of the users (the “User”) visiting the website www.foodpairing.com (the “Website”) and/or using the services offered through the Website (the “Services”). More information on the Services offered and the conditions under which these can be used, can be found in theFOODPAIRING® Individual Membership Terms of Servicewhich must be read together with the current FOODPAIRING Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).
This Privacy Policy informs the User about our online collection and use of personal data. The terms of this Privacy Policy apply to all FOODPAIRING NV websites, unless different terms are specified in a form or contract provided to the User.

Collection of your personal data
When using the website
When you visit the Website, certain kinds of information, such as:

Personal data collected by FOODPAIRING NV may be stored and processed in Belgium or any other country in which FOODPAIRING NV or its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Website (or our other sites) or Services, and by accepting this Privacy Policy during registration, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
