Apple – coffee – lime – honey – rum

On the list of best cocktail bars in Buenos Aires you’ll find the Nicky Harrison, hosted by headbartender ** Sebastián García**. The Jiggers cocktail bar in Gent challenged ‘the Harrison’ with the Foodpairing Impossible: combining apple and coffee in a drink.

Historically, Argentina has mainly stuck to drinking wine, beer or the basic cocktail of Fernet and coke. However in the last few years, as in much of the world cocktail bars have really become popular in the capital city. We are happy the Nicky Harisson got challenged for the Foodpairing Impossible.

I would describe the Crispy South as having an intense, citric taste with the nice warm scent of coffee and spiced honey. You’re very welcome to stop by and try it for yourself, just ask for it and we’ll serve you one.
