Guava – Lemongrass – Bergamot – Cachaça – Cranberry

Next up on our Colombian Cocktail Journey is our Guava – Lemongrass – Bergamot – Cachaça – Cranberry recipe!

The similar fruity and green aromas between the guava and the Cachaça sets the base for this cocktail. To complement the base, the addition of cranberry and bergamot to the mixture work due to their mutual green aroma. Finally, the bergamot also has the specific citrus and herbal components found in lemongrass.
