Strawberry – Chavroux Cheese – Basil

Key odorants in Chavroux are fruity, cheesy ketones (a ketone is an organic compound with the structure RC(=O)R’). These ketones make the match with the fruity and cheesy aromas of strawberry.

The floral notes of strawberry make a bridge to the citrus and spicy notes in basil. Discover more strawberry and cheese pairings.
