Liking

The liking of a concept is defined as how much of a target group of consumers appreciate a flavor after tasting the formulation devised by Foodpairing. The level of appreciation is the answer to the following question: “How much do you like this product after tasting it?” Liking model A liking model is an AI-based computational model that can predict the average liking of a concept. It calculates a liking prediction score per flavor concept using the sensory attributes and the flavorIDs of a target group of consumers.
