The Tamarind Cocktail
In essence, this margarita inspired recipe has more pit. The aroma links between all the ingredients used are proof of that.
The floral aroma of the cherry tomatoes are emphasized by the addition of the tomato ketchup that also shares the same floral aroma. Moreover, the tomato ketchup has the spicy aroma, the main component of tequila. Tequila also has a specific spicy-vanilla aroma, one that both cinnamon and tamarind also have. The combination of the floral and spicy aromas is what makes this drink delicious.
The chili pepper powder however, is a mystery. While it does not share similar aromas the the other ingredients, its spicy effect is still the perfect final touch that completes the cocktail.
